Open Hand Monument

The Open Hand Monument is a symbolic structure and a landmark in Chandigarh. The monument was designed by the famous architect Le Corbusier. It is the insignia of the Chandigarh Government, which represents “the hand to give and the hand to take peace, prosperity and the harmony of human beings”. The structure is 26 meters high.
